On this page you can find a couple of examples of my long form essay writing. 

"Good kid, m.A.A.d city An exploration of gang culture, cycles and poverty in the black community" is a 3000 word essay on the album Good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar and the themes discussed within it. It was written from April 2023-May 2023.

"Interactive Storytelling- How can gaming as a medium impact a narrative" is a 6000 word essay written from November 2023- January 2024 that discusses the way narritives are told in games and what factors within games affect the writing. This includes studio influence, arguments for and against ludo-narrative, the illusion of choice and games that use metanarrative to tell their story.
